Hands-On Leadership
Our difference lies in our leadership structure. Buildkomm directors are hands-on Construction Managers who visit sites daily. We do not manage from a boardroom; we are on the ground, ensuring work is completed to specification and maintaining close working relationships with our experienced team and trades. With a combined 30 years of experience, we mentor our clients and partners through the construction process, providing expert advice to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Licensing & Capacity
We possess the regulatory credentials and insurance capacity to handle significant developments without restriction. Our qualifications provide developers and homeowners with total peace of mind regarding compliance and financial security. Victoria: We hold both Commercial and Residential building licenses, allowing us to build everything from high-end homes to factories and apartments. Queensland: We hold a Residential Builders License, extending our capability to deliver projects interstate. Insurance Capacity: We maintain a $40 million Domestic Building Insurance (DBI) facility, proving our financial strength and eligibility to manage multiple large-scale residential contracts simultaneously.
